- All prices are in UK£ pounds, please convert into your currency.
- All year round price includes all taxes, full comprehensive insurances collection / delivery from Lisbon airport, New BMW motorcycle of your choice for 7 days.
- Accommodation: rooms with private facilities and breakfast, 4 evening dinners, with local wine and mineral water and coffee.
- Please note – US and Canadian clients – if not paying in £UK a charge of $30 needs to be added to your price.
Prices for Two People sharing 1 motorbike: Price NOT per person
All prices are for double rooms; these may have twin beds in certain hotels.
Prices for 1 person, with 1 motorbike:
Rooms may have a double bed or single / twin beds.
Prices for 1 rider, with 1 motorbike, sharing a twin room with another rider who also has 1 motorbike:
All prices are for twin bed room.
All motorcycles booked are subject to availability at the time, please inform us of a 2nd and 3rd choice.

- Ferry cost is none refundable if you cancel, a voucher will be issued at the discretion of the ferry company, to be used in a 2 year period.

Important note – Does not include ferry crossing – Motocadia will book this on your behalf. Average cost from Plymouth to Santander, with cabin return - £380 for 2 persons, 1 bike, 1 cabin. Date dependent.
Race Track School Tours
Prices for riders on the track:
Please note - Price include ferry crossing from Plymouth - Santander returning to Portsmouth, and a share of a 2 berth cabin - or sole use of cabin where indicated. Cabins are mandatory.

- Once received we will confirm acceptance via e-mail, and send an invoice for the deposit payment details.

Deposits / Payment method: 
- Motocadia only require deposit of £200 per person, this guarantees your holiday, and is none refundable.
- Credit card payments can be taken, VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA Electron, and debit cards, charges imposed by VISA are 4% for credit cards, and 2.5% for debit cards, these amounts will be added to your account if this method is chosen for payment.
- Security deposit must be made by a major credit card.
Cancellation Policy
- A further £400 is due 12 weeks before departure, and the balance is due in full 8 weeks before arrival. Cancellation after the eight week deadline will result in no refunds. Any cancellations prior to the 8 week deadline will result in you loosing your £200 per person deposit. Any other money paid will be refunded.
- If payment has not been made in full prior to arrival then your holiday will not begin.

- Petrol for the tour
- Crash helmet, Protective clothing - jacket, boots, gloves, trousers etc
- Any tolls on motorways - minimal
- Evening dinners, except for one
- Lunches, drinks, snacks, refreshments.
- Any other personal expenses.
- Full accident /medical insurance cover.
- Any motoring fines incurred whilst the bike is in your possession.
